SEN Learning Support Assistant Morden

We are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants who are experienced or proven interest in supporting autism and moderate learning difficulties.

The roles are for a fixed academic year to give you the opportunity to be trained, familiarised with the pupils, education framework and understand the school ethos/ policy. After the successful completion of the academic year you will then be given opportunities to go on permanent contract.

The role is to support pupils with autism one-to-one, in small groups and generally. Successful Learning Support Assistants will be resilient, hard working and creative. With a range of sought after opportunities, training and career progression within this highly accredited school this is a great place to develop and work as part of a fun and amazing team.

Teaching Assistant

• Classes of up to 8 pupils with a teacher and additional support staff
• Supporting pupils with individual learning plans - Maths, English, Science and Technology, Language and Communication
• Supporting pupils in class, across the school and out of class at break times
• Full time Monday to Friday term time only - 8.30am -4.00pm (non-negotiable)
