SEN Learning Support Assistant – Effingham
Full-Time Role | Immediate Start Available

Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive school in Effingham.

In this rewarding full-time role, you’ll work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them build confidence, develop key skills, and thrive in the classroom

✨ The Role:
✅ Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
✅ Assisting pupils with SEN including ASD, ADHD & SEMH
✅ Encouraging engagement, independence, and positive behaviour
✅ Working closely with teachers and support staff

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
✔️ Experience working with children or young people
✔️ SEN, care, support work, or classroom experience desirable
✔️ Passion for making a real difference every day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
