SEN Learning Support Assistant – Redhill
Full-Time Position | Immediate Start

Do you have a passion for supporting children with additional needs? We’re recruiting a caring and motivated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in Redhill.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by supporting pupils both academically and emotionally, helping them build confidence and achieve their full potential ✨

Your Role:
✅ Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
✅ Assisting children with SEN including ASD, ADHD & SEMH
✅ Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
✅ Working closely with teachers and SEN staff

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ A patient, positive, and supportive attitude
✔️ Experience working with children or young people
✔️ SEN or support work experience desirable
✔️ Passion for education and making a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
