SEN Inclusion and Pastoral Support

We are seeking a strong, committed education professional to support schools across Bury working within SEN inclusion and alternative/provision rooms from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for inclusive education, pastoral care, and behaviour support, who thrives on making a meaningful difference to the lives of young people.

• Inclusion or Behaviour Support roles

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs
• Demonstrates strong pastoral leadership and relationship‑building skills
• Is resilient, adaptable, and confident working across different school settings
• Has experience managing behaviour and supporting attendance, wellbeing, and engagement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
