SEN Teaching Assistant Required in the Milton Keynes Area

To be successful in your application you must have experience supporting SEN children and the ability to quickly develop firm professional relationships. Ideally, the school need a teaching assistant who is able to guide their pupils through academic and personal progress with their caring nature. It is essential for you to possess a resilient attitude and the belief that all challenging situations can be overcome with communication, hard work, and a positive approach. We want to recruit an individual who has the skills to take a positive approach to learning that enthuses and excites their pupils.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
