I have three long-term and permanent teaching jobs in SEN schools. The schools are all VERY CHALLENGING and you should be prepared to be verbally abused and to occasionally need to step in and restrain children (training will be provided). Some days will be really hard, some days you will see few colleagues and you will need to be a positive, resilient person.

Pay will be to scale or close to scale for fully qualfied teachers.
