Teaching Personnel work with a Client School based in Guildford, which cater for children aged 5 - 19 year old and have a range of Special Educational Needs. The School class sizes are between 4 and 8 children, 1 class teacher and numerous Teaching Assistants depending on the individual child's needs. The school caters for students with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism; both verbal and non-verbal, physical disabilities; including wheelchair bound and those requiring hydrotherapy sessions, behavioural difficulties and severe learning difficulties, with most students working from an individualised care plan. With this in mind, the school has a high need of temporary staff to cover day to day illness and long term placements.
