SEMH Teaching Assistant - Wisbech

We are proud to be working closely with a SEMH provision, to appoint a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant.

To apply for this position, you must be able to work from 8.30am until 3.30pm. We are able to accommodate both full-time and part-time hours for this position. This is a temporary long-term position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

You will be required to work with pupils who display challenging behaviour and/or have SLD, SEMH, MLD, ASD and ADHD. Depending on the needs of the pupil, you could be required to work on a 1:1 basis or as part of a class. You will also be working with teachers and other staff members, to ensure pupils stay engaged in lessons and feel valued.
