We are looking for a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a group of exceptional specialist education and care settings in the Ringwood area. Your Role Will Include

Supporting learners aged 3–19 with SEMH and associated needs

Assisting in classroom routines, emotional regulation, and behaviour support

Delivering tailored 1:1 or small group interventions

Creating a safe, encouraging learning space

Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support teams

Experience supporting students with SEMH, SEN or in care settings is advantageous

A calm, empathetic, and resilient nature

Good communication and teamwork skills

A willingness to learn and take part in ongoing training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
