A larger than average, fast paced primary school in the Longsight area of Manchester (M12) are looking for an passionate and devoted Teaching Assistant to join their hard working staffing team. The successful applicant will work with a number of SEN students identified with SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health) on both a 1:1 and small group basis.
The appointed teaching assistant will be responsible for looking after the well being of the children in their care, whilst gaining constant support from the school SENCO and senior leadership team.
You will need to be patient and sensitive with the ability to encourage and motivate children as well as being able to work effectively as part of a team.
