Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Frome.

This inclusive school caters to students aged 7-18, offering a safe and nurturing environment for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The school prides itself on providing a personalised approach, helping students develop both academically and emotionally.

This part-time position offers the chance to make a significant difference in the lives of young people, providing support in both classroom settings and one-to-one. The working hours for the role are from 8.40am to 3.30pm, with varied end times depending on the student schedules and needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
