✨ Team Teach Trained SEMH Teaching Assistant – Bradford ✨
Are you an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant with Team Teach training? Do you have a passion for supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs in a school environment?
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Team Teach trained SEMH TA to join our partner schools in Bradford.
✅ The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
-
️ Implement behaviour management strategies using Team Teach techniques
-
Support teaching staff in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
-
Help pupils achieve personal, social, and academic progress
Requirements:
-
Team Teach trained (certificate must be in date)
-
Previous experience working in UK schools is essential
-
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service – required for this role
-
Strong behaviour management skills with a calm, patient, and supportive approach
-

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
