Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and vibrant secondary school in Bradford? We are working on behalf of a well-respected school that is seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their team on a full-time, supply basis with the potential for a permanent role.

About the Role:
As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with teachers, lead small group sessions, and occasionally cover whole classes when required. The role is ideal for someone who is confident, adaptable, and passionate about making a positive difference in young people’s lives.

Your key responsibilities will include:
✅ Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and delivery
✅ Leading intervention groups and 1:1 support sessions
✅ Covering lessons in the absence of the teacher
✅ Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning
✅ Supporting students with additional needs

What we’re looking for:
✔ HLTA status or equivalent qualification
✔ Previous experience in a secondary school setting
✔ Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
✔ A genuine passion for education and student development
✔ A current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
