  • SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Speech and Language Support
  • Full time, long term position
  • Openshaw (M11)

About the Role:

  • 1:1 support for a pupil with Speech and Language difficulties
  • Use of communication boards and tools
  • Providing tailored support during lesson time
  • GBP65 per day
  • Immediate start
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 15:30 pm

The school is based in Openshaw (M11) and is accessible by good transport links and has parking onsite.


  • Previous experience of working with Speech and Language Difficulties * Experience using PECs is highly desirable
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as Safeguarding training is provided)
  • Enhanced ‘Child Only’ Workforce DBS or be willing to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
