SEMH Behaviour Support Assistant – West Yorkshire

Bradford / Wakefield / Halifax / Leeds 

£90–£105 per day
Long-Term | Full-Time

A secondary setting is looking for a confident Behaviour Support Assistant to work with students with SEMH and behavioural needs. You’ll be patient, calm and able to build trust with young people who need stability and consistency.

You’ll be involved in:

• De-escalation & behaviour mentoring

• Supporting emotional regulation

• Running small intervention sessions

• Working closely with pastoral teams

Team Teach desirable — not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
