Job Duties:

The Teaching Assistant will support teachers in the classroom, assist with lesson planning, provide one-on-one support to students, and help create a positive learning environment.

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in the education sector and a passion for teaching are essential. The candidate must also possess an Enhanced DBS check.

Education:

No specific educational requirements, but a Level 2 qualification in Childcare is preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in an educational setting is required.

Knowledge and Skills:

The ideal candidate will be proactive, engaging, adaptable, have strong time management and communication skills, and possess excellent behavioural skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Level 2 qualification in Childcare is preferred but not essential.

Working Conditions:

This role is part-time, working within a school environment in Uxbridge. The Teaching Assistant will primarily work during school hours and may be required to attend staff meetings or training sessions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
