An SEN teaching assistant required for a Secondary school in Wheatley
- Are you looking for a role to assist students with additional needs reach their personal targets?

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a TA to fill a position within one of our SEN schools. The position will be working with students across KS3 and KS4 who have a variety of additional needs including, SLD, PMLD and SLCN. Previous experience is desired but not essential as someone with the right personality and willingness to learn will definitely be considered.
The right TA will have an adaptable and versatile personality with a proactive approach to include all students regardless of their needs. You will be required to work on a 1:1 basis and with small groups occasionally to help students to become as independent as possible and to work towards their individual goals. An understanding around the complexities of various Special Educational Needs is essential.
