We are currently working with many mainstream secondary schools & SEN Schools in the Teesside area. These schools in particular are looking for supply teachers to help cover a range of lessons and complete long-term and short-term placements. We want to help find the right schools for you!
The rates of pay for supply staff can vary on each school but are between GBP90 to GBP200 a day dependant on experience and role. For longer term roles we can negotiate pay rates, often short term work can lead to longer term placements.
We are looking for:

• A committed member of staff who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
• Commitment to the school and their students.
• Ability to cover lessons and have effective classroom management- experience in teaching KS3 and KS4 is essential

They are very welcoming and grateful for their supply staff and treat you like one of their own team! This is a fantastic way of getting your foot in the door with a school your current agency might not be working with, and that could lead to your dream job!
Teaching Personnel take COVID19 extremely seriously and we have an employee symptom tracking APP as well as trained staff to ensure we do risk assessments to ensure your safety just as much as the schools safety. Please ask for more details if you have concerns.
