Secondary school Cover Supervisor

This could be an ideal opportunity for a TA / HLTA wanting to move towards teacher training. We would be pleased to support the right candidate(s) with focused CPD to help get you ready, if that's your goal.

You will need to be experienced and enthusiastic, familiar with the secondary school context, have the skills to manage safely classroom activities in a secondary school. You will understand and be able to use a wide range of strategies to ensure that students are engaged with their learning, and help to bring out the best in them.

This is for work starting as soon as possible, term time only, between the hours of 08:00am and 16:00pm. Pay will start from £65 per day up to £90 per day, dependent upon your experience and qualifications.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
