Job Advert: Secondary School Maths Teacher (KS3 & KS4)
Location: Gloucester

Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Permanent / Fixed-Term

Are you passionate about mathematics and driven to make a real difference in students' lives?
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking team.

About the Role:

As a member of the Maths department, you will:

  • Teach across all ability levels at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, challenging, and differentiated lessons that inspire students to enjoy and succeed in Maths.
  • Be responsible for marking and assessment, helping students reach their full potential.
  • Follow a clear and consistent behaviour policy, ensuring a positive classroom environment for learning.

  • Has a genuine passion for teaching Maths and a desire to ignite that passion in students.
  • Can confidently teach students across a range of sets and abilities.
  • Is reflective, resilient, and keen to grow professionally.
  • Believes every child can succeed and is committed to helping them do so.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
