Secondary Maths Teacher (GCSE & A-Level) – Supply Opportunities
Location: Brighton and Hove
Hours: 08:30–15:30
Competitive daily rates of pay

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across the Brighton and Hove area and is currently seeking experienced, confident, and passionate Mathematics Teachers to join our supply teaching team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Mathematics specialist who is looking to inspire students across Key Stages 3, 4, and ideally 5 (A-Level) in a flexible and rewarding role.

Whether you’re interested in short-term supply, long-term placements, or potential permanent positions, we want to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification
  • Proven ability to teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4 (KS5/A-Level highly desirable)
  • Up-to-date Prevent and Safeguarding training (certification required)
  • Excellent classroom management and the ability to adapt to different school environments
  • Enhanced DBS (Child Only) on the Update Service (or willingness to apply via Teaching Personnel at a discounted rate)
  • Reliable access to transport and ability to commute to schools in Brighton and Hove

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
