The successful person must be a qualified secondary maths teacher with:
- The ability to plan and prepare exciting and varied Maths lessons
- Be open to working on a small group or 1-1 basis with some students.
- Have excellent behaviour management.
- Have the ability to be adaptive and flexible with their approaches to teaching; the ability to tailor teaching methods to individual needs
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Be flexible, reliable and an excellent communicator
- Have the aptitude to build positive relationships with students
- Hold a valid DBS on the update service or be willing apply for a new one and register with the update service
- Be truly passionate about education and supporting young people and schools.
