The successful person must be a qualified secondary maths teacher with:

• The ability to plan and prepare exciting and varied Maths lessons 
• Be open to working on a small group or 1-1 basis with some students.
• Have excellent behaviour management.
• Have the ability to be adaptive and flexible with their approaches to teaching; the ability to tailor teaching methods to individual needs 
• Have a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Be flexible, reliable and an excellent communicator
• Have the aptitude to build positive relationships with students 
• Hold a valid DBS on the update service or be willing apply for a new one and register with the update service 
• Be truly passionate about education and supporting young people and schools.
