Secondary English Teacher needed in LS16 for September start

With a huge demand for English Teachers across the country my client school is eager to find and appoint a qualified English teacher, who has the ability to have an immediate impact for September. Working with in a well established English department with a great support system, I am looking for an engaging English Teacher with good behaviour management skills. My client, a Large Secondary School based in LS16 will be hoping to secure the right candidate as soon as possible.

I am seeking Secondary English Teachers who:

  • Have worked in UK secondary schools previously
  • Taught 9-1 GCSE English
  • Can adapt to new situations quickly & have the ability to think on your feet
  • Have an upbeat and positive attitude towards the education of young people
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status
  • Hold a DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.
