Are you an experienced Science teacher in the Sheffield area looking for a new opportunity to produce accelerated progress for young people? TP Tutors need you!
TP Tutors are seeking to appoint part time and full time Intervention Teachers to provide 1:1 and small group Science tuition as part of the National Tuition Programme (NTP) in schools across Sheffield.
About this role:
As a Secondary Sciencee Intervention Teacher, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of targeted intervention material to pupils in small groups ranging from 1 – 6. After each tuition session, you will be required to submit post session feedback on LEAP, Teaching Personnel’s online learning platform.
Role Requirements:
To become a Science Intervention Teacher, you will need to hold QTS status or have equivalent teaching experience. You must have KS3 and KS4 teaching experience and be confident with GCSE syllabus such as AQA and Edexcel. A Child Workforce DBS that is registered on the update service is desirable, however this can be applied for during the registration process.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
