The school require a Science Graduate or Technician to start in May until the end of the academic year.

Our client school is located in South Liverpool. The school is accessible by bus or train for Science technicians requiring public transport.

As a Science Technician you will be required to prepare and supply equipment, solutions and materials requested by teachers, making sure to correctly display necessary signs for any hazardous materials. Maintaining a safe working environment for all staff and students is of the up-most importance and due care must be taken at all times. In addition to setting up apparatus before lessons you will be required to wash and clean areas once lessons have ended, repair apparatus when needed, test electrical equipment, undertake regular stock control and support teachers and students in practical lessons.

To be considered for this role you must be / have;

• A passion for Science and aiding student progress
• A degree and A-levels within Science and a strong academic background
• Classroom or tutoring experience with the Science syllabus is an advantage
