Teaching Personnel is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across Primary Schools in Wakefield and nearby areas. Roles are available for experienced staff and those looking to move into education.

The Role
- Support pupils with additional needs (e.g. ASC, SEMH, ADHD)
- Provide 1:1 or small group support
- Assist with personalised learning and behaviour strategies
- Help create a safe, inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Experience supporting children or young people
- Patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach
- Strong communication skills
- DBS (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
