Science teacher needed for a temporary post at a Good graded Ofsted school in Tameside. Due to the nature of this role this will initially be on a temporary full time basis with the potential to become permanent for September 2020. This will be commencing on a full time basis from the 4th of November for the remainder of the academic year.
The school is well respected within the Tameside authority for its academic performance and pupil behaviour which is respectful to peers. This Science post will consist of all 3 sciences, Biology, Chemistry and Physics to KS3 with KS4 lessons adapted to your specialism within the timetable. Academically the school has a positive progress 8 score, has moderate levels of students eligible for free school meals and low levels of students who use English as an additional language.
Located in the M34 area of Tameside the school is located just off the M60/M67 motorway, jhas direct bus routes and a train station a 20 minute walk away.
