Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time supply science teacher to join our dynamic team. This role involves teaching and delivering engaging science lessons across different grades, ensuring that students achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality science lessons (biology, chemistry, and physics) in line with the school’s curriculum.
• Creating and implementing detailed lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
• Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assessing and evaluating student progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Using and maintaining laboratory equipment and resources effectively.
• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
• Participating in professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest teaching methods and scientific knowledge.

Qualifications:

• A degree in education or a science-related field.
• Valid teaching certification.
• Previous teaching experience, particularly in science subjects, is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
