Science Teacher – Full Time
Poole
Immediate Start | Long-Term to July 2026 | Potential Permanent Opportunity

Teaching Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a well-regarded mainstream secondary school in Poole, part of a large and supportive academy trust, to recruit a full-time Science Teacher.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to teach KS3 and KS4, starting immediately. The role is long-term until the end of July 2026, with the potential to become permanent should the teacher wish and if the school feels it’s the right fit.

The Role:

  • Full-time Science teaching position

  • Teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Science

  • Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons

  • Assessing and tracking pupil progress in line with curriculum expectations

  • Working as part of a supportive and collaborative Science department

The School:

  • Located in Poole

  • Part of a large academy trust offering excellent resources and CPD

  • Positive learning environment with high expectations for students

  • Supportive leadership team with a strong focus on staff development and wellbeing

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Science Teacher (QTS/QTLS)

  • ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
