Salary: £31,350 - £47,839 (Outer London Pay Scale) plus a significant TLR

The PWR team are seeking an exceptional Head of Science to lead a dynamic and forward-thinking department in a Bromley secondary school. This is a high-profile opportunity for a motivated and experienced Head of Science to lead a team of talented teachers and shape the future of science education at the school. The new Head of Science will have a proven track record of driving improvements in teaching and learning, and will be adept at curriculum design and team management. You will be responsible for overseeing the curriculum, managing budgets, and mentoring staff, ensuring the Science department remains at the forefront of educational innovation.
