Science Teacher – Secondary School (Folkestone)
Location: Folkestone, Kent
Pay: £150 – £250 per day (DOE)
Contract: Full-time / Supply
Key Stages: KS3 & KS4 (KS5 advantageous)
We are recruiting a dedicated Science Teacher for a Secondary School in Folkestone. The school is open to both QTS and experienced non-QTS teachers who can demonstrate strong classroom practice.
Key Duties:

Deliver high-quality Science lessons
-
Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
-
Contribute to curriculum planning within the Science department
-
Monitor and support student progress
-
Uphold school policies and procedures
Essential Criteria:
-
Experience teaching Science in a secondary school
-
QTS preferred, but not essential
-
Confident teaching Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics
-
Strong behaviour management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
