Science Teacher – Dorchester – Secondary School Position – Start ASAP

Role Overview
The successful candidate will:
- Teach stimulating and well-structured Science lessons across Key Stages 3–5
- Support students in developing confidence, curiosity, and strong analytical skills
- Contribute to an inclusive, positive, and innovative learning culture across the department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for helping young people succeed
- Effective behaviour management and excellent communication skills
- A commitment to providing high-quality, inclusive teaching
