Are you a passionate Science Teacher looking to work in a school where relationships matter and students are truly known as individuals? A welcoming, smaller secondary school in Dorset is seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join its committed team.

As a Science Teacher, you will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring curiosity and independent thinking while helping students develop the skills they need for future success. You will be part of a close-knit staff team that values collaboration, trust and professional judgement.
We’re looking for someone who can:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Teach Science effectively at secondary level

Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that motivate and challenge students

Build strong relationships through clear communication and positive classroom practice

Share a commitment to high expectations, good manners and a positive learning culture

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
