Teaching Personnel are seeking to recruit a Science Teacher for a Secondary School in Bedford!


Inspiring Science Teacher – Full-time or Part-time (Permanent)
Location: Bedford
Salary: £31,650.00 - £49,084.00 Annually (FTE)
Start Date: September 2025 or sooner by negotiation

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a forward-thinking Academy to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher — whether an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced professional — to join a thriving and supportive Science department.

The Role:

You will be joining a dynamic and expanding team of Science educators committed to high standards and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be expected to bring energy and enthusiasm to the classroom, fostering a love of learning and encouraging students to reach their full potential. The role includes opportunities to teach across the age range, and the ability to teach A-Level Science at a STEM-focused sixth form would be highly desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
