Science Teacher – Full-Time (KS3/4) – Temporary to Permanent
West Craven School, East Lancashire
Start Date: January 2026
Our client school have asked us to recruit a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher. West Craven School is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic KS3/4 Science Teacher to join their team from January 2026. This is a full-time role across Key Stages 3 and 4, initially on a temporary basis with a clear pathway to a permanent position following a successful placement.
About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Inspire students to develop a love for Science and achieve their potential
- Contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking department
- Be part of a collaborative school community committed to continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge across the Science curriculum
- A commitment to student progress and raising attainment
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
