Responsibilities
Duties will vary depending on the role but may include:
- Providing administrative support within busy school offices
- Managing visitor sign-in procedures and telephone enquiries
- Supporting pupil wellbeing and welfare throughout the school day
- Supervising pupils during breakfast clubs, lunch periods and after-school provision
- Assisting with attendance and safeguarding processes
- Maintaining school premises, grounds and facilities
- Carrying out general maintenance and caretaking duties
- Supporting the effective day-to-day running of the school
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have previous experience relevant to the role they are applying for
- Possess strong communication and organisational skills
- Are reliable, professional and adaptable
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Have a genuine interest in supporting schools and young people
For School Administrator positions, previous experience using SIMS is highly desirable and may be essential for some placements.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
