  • Creating, implementing and reviewing improvement plans
  • Ensuring safeguarding, compliance and regulatory standards are met

  • Maintaining a safe, welcoming and purposeful school environment

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate is likely to offer:

  • A relevant management, business or finance qualification (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of education regulations, standards and inspection frameworks
  • Knowledge of safeguarding legislation affecting children and young people
  • Experience managing budgets, financial systems and processes (including EBITDA awareness)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with staff, pupils, families and external agencies
  • Confident team leadership and people management skills
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
