Behaviour Support Manager – Secondary

Location: Basingstoke
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About Our School:

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support our team of teaching assistants and support staff focused on behaviour support

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality behaviour interventions tailored to individual student needs

  • Work closely with teachers, senior leaders, and external agencies to develop effective strategies

  • Help create a positive, engaging learning environment where every student can succeed

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with young people with SEMH and/or SEND

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills

  • Ability to inspire and support a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to get one

  • Teaching or teaching assistant experience is a plus

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
