Behaviour Support Manager – Secondary

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support our team of teaching assistants and support staff focused on behaviour support

Deliver consistent, high-quality behaviour interventions tailored to individual student needs

Work closely with teachers, senior leaders, and external agencies to develop effective strategies

Help create a positive, engaging learning environment where every student can succeed
Who We’re Looking For:
-
Experience working with young people with SEMH and/or SEND
-
Strong leadership and organisational skills
-
Ability to inspire and support a team
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to get one
-
Teaching or teaching assistant experience is a plus

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
