SATS Booster Teacher required (Burnley Primary School)

The Teaching Personnel Primary Team are looking to appoint a dedicated, experienced and enthusiastic upper KS2 Teacher to provide intensive INTERVENTION work for the Year 6 SATs tests.
The school is a 'Good' one form entry primary school located just outside the town centre in Burnley. They are looking to appoint a committed and motivated KS2 teacher to start as soon as possible on a long term placement, until May. The post will be working 2.5 days per week (with flexibility). The school has high expectations from pupils and staff, but in return offers a fantastic environment in which to learn and develop.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a wealth of recent upper KS2 experience and be able to demonstrate 'Good' to 'Outstanding' teaching. Experience of supporting children of various abilities through the SATs is crucial.

The Head teacher has stressed she would like someone in post prior to the February half term. With this in mind the head teacher would ideally like the successfully candidate to meet the Year 6 class teachers to discuss how they can 'boost attainment'.
