  • Deliver training or guidance to staff on safer recruitment practices where appropriate

  • Provide regular updates and reports to HR and safeguarding leads

What They Are Looking For

  • A confident and organised recruitment professional, ideally with experience in the education sector

  • In-depth knowledge of safer recruitment and KCSIE requirements

  • Strong communication, administration, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working with ATS platforms and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously

  • A proactive self-starter who can work independently and travel between sites as needed

  • A values-driven professional with a strong commitment to safeguarding and compliance

Why Work with Our Client?

  • A values-led and safeguarding-focused organisation
