Residential Support Worker – Ribchester, Preston

We are looking for compassionate and resilient individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers in Ribchester, Preston.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting young people with their daily routines, education, and personal development.

What we are looking for:

  • Genuine passion for supporting children and young people.

  • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts.

  • Previous experience in care, support, or education is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
