SEN Teaching Assistants needed

Flexible day to day, full-time and part-time work available 

Are you a dedicated, compassionate, and adaptable individual looking for a new role? Teaching Personnel are recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants to join our agency. The work is flexible across a variery of school settings. Our agency provides a wide range of opportunities for both experienced and emerging TAs in primary, secondary, and alternative provisions, including SEMH settings.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with additional needs, including SEMH, learning difficulties, and complex needs.

  • Deliver interventions and support planned by teaching staff or SENCOs.

  • Assist with classroom management, student engagement, and personalised learning.

  • Adapt approaches to suit different age groups and educational settings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in SEN settings is preferred but not essential.

  • Healthcare and Support work backgrounds are desirable.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children with additional needs.

  • Flexibility and reliability to cover a variety of school placements.

  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
