Religious studies teaching role - Greenwich - Catholic school - Oct 19.

Religious studies teaching opportunity available at 'Good' Catholic school in the borough of Greenwich starting from October 2019.

Rate: £125 to £215 per day.

Teaching Personnel are working closely with the Southwark Diocese to source a RE teacher for a 'Good' Ofsted graded school in the borough of Greenwich, teaching KS3/KS4 RE.

  • Full time Teacher of Religious Education required ASAP
  • Fixed term contract for the duration of the academic year
  • Opportunity for a permanent contract thereafter
  • Teaching Religious Education to GCSE
  • Pay in line with MPS and UPS (£23,720-£39,406 and London weighting).

Our Catholic partner secondary school is an average sized secondary school located beautiful area of Greenwich in the South East London area. The school is continuing on their journey to become 'Outstanding' as they continue to grow their intake of new students.

As a Religious Education Teacher at our Catholic partner secondary school, the successful candidate will undertake full responsibilities of planning and marking and will be expected to plan and deliver highly engaging lessons. Whist teaching the GCSE course, the incoming Teacher of Religious Education will have the opportunity to teach within their specialism.
