Join a successful secondary school in Manchester seeking to appoint a teacher of Religious Education.

This is a full-time position commencing in October and running until the end of the academic year. 

The successful Religious Education teacher will join a welcoming Humanities department and will take responsibility of planning, preparing, and delivering KS3 and KS4 lessons under the guidance of the Subject Leader. They will also assess, record and report on the development and progress of students accordingly.

This popular secondary school is located in East Manchester, just a short drive from the city centre. The school is smaller than average and has recently been refurbished resulting in excellent facilities throughout. In recent Ofsted reports, the school has been praised for good teaching and learning and attitudes to learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
