We are seeking a full-time, permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our ever-expanding company. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the education sector and a background in recruitment consultancy, sales and/or business development.
As a Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you’re the vital link between our schools and candidates. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector (primary/secondary/SEN) and will be responsible for building your candidate pool and school base across a local area.
You will
- Be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary and permanent job placements
- Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business across your local area
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for education and making a positive difference every day. Other ideal qualities include:

You must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. We may consider applicants who are currently learning to drive.
