Teaching Personnel is a leading Education Recruitment Agency with branches across England and Wales. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently seeking to employ two Recruitment Administrators to join our Recruitment & Vetting Control Department at our Head Office in Welwyn Garden City.
The Recruitment Administrators will work as part of a team and process the registration documents and additional vetting information for teaching and other support staff, in an efficient and timely manner in compliance with internal and external best practice and legal recruitment guidelines.
The successful candidates will be used to working in a professional, quality-driven environment and will able to demonstrate excellent administrative skills and a very high level of attention to detail. They will be highly literate, used to working with large volumes of documentation (both on a computer and hard copies) and have a clear, confident telephone manner.
Working hours will be 40 hours per week, working 9am to 5.30pm each day, Monday to Friday, with 30 minute lunch break.
