Reception Teacher Required

A client school in Southampton are seeking a pro active Teacher to join their EYFS team on a full time basis. The position is to work in Reception, so an experienced teacher with strong phonics experience would be beneficial. This 'GOOD' Primary School prides itself on 'embracing diversity' and is looking for a strong Early Years teacher to encourage learning and aid progression across Reception.

The school are looking for a reception teacher who is:-

• An outstanding classroom practitioner
• Enthusiastic about providing exciting learning experiences for the children in a cross curricular context
• Enthusiastic about working with other adults to move the school forward

Candidates must be familiar with the new EYFS Curriculum, have a genuine passion for working with young children and understand the importance of early years learning. An understanding of continuous provision, outdoor provision and knowledge of phonics schemes would be beneficial. Experience of subject specialisms and/or experience of co-ordinator roles would also be advantageous.
