Our client, a reputable academy based in Braintree, Essex, is seeking a committed Psychology Teacher to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to teach Psychology to a wide range of students, fostering their interest in the subject and guiding them through their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Psychology lessons across Key Stage 4 and 5.

Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN.

Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and exploration of psychological theories.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

Prepare students for external examinations, including A-Level Psychology, through tailored lessons and revision sessions.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Psychology curriculum.

Maintain effective communication with parents, carers, and staff to support the well-being and academic progress of students.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Strong subject knowledge in Psychology and a passion for teaching.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Ability to motivate and engage students, helping them achieve their academic potential.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
