Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to appoint multiple Psychology graduates who are passionate about working within Special Needs. These positions commence as soon as possible and will involve working until the end of the academic year.

These roles will involve working from 8.30 - 3.40pm 5 days per week so it would suit Psychology graduates who are proactive and are looking to pursue a career in education. The pupils who attend the School have a variety of needs including: MLD, significant communication or interaction issues and SEMH needs. Ideally the successful applicants will have experience of de-escalating situations and dealing with challenging behaviour.

The positions will suit Psychology graduates who are:

  • Highly resilient
  • Have the ability to build positive relationships with Teachers and pupils
  • Have a passion for supporting pupils with SEMH, interaction difficulties and with SEN

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
