Psychology graduates - Failsworth

** Are you currently studying Psychology and looking to work hours to fit in alongside your degree?**

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to appoint multiple aspiring Psychology graduates who are passionate about pursing a career in education. These positions are commencing immediately and are part time positions which will involve working 2 - 3 days per week. Your role as a Teaching Assistant will involve working in various SEN Schools, SEMH Settings, ASC units and Pupil Referral Units. These roles will involve working as when the Settings require so it would suit students who are available on a weekly basis and can be flexible.

These roles will involve working with pupils who have SEN or display signs of challenging behaviour, so would suit students who have either professional or personal experience working with vulnerable young people.

To be considered for the role students should have the below qualities:

  • Highly resilient
  • Have the ability to build positive relationships with Teachers and pupils
  • Have a passion for supporting pupils with SEN
  • Experience with SEN or challenging behaviour in a professional or personal capacity
